PATINA

In the village,the old grandmom excitedly made preparations for the arrival of her important guests by taking out her copper and brass vessels from the chest and scouring the patina out of them.

Years back,she had shunned her son’s ‘choice’ and broke their tender hearts.

It just took one phone call from her grandchild to blow the dust away that had accumulated on relationships.
